Our Bombardier Global 7500 Category C and T4 General Familiarization courses provide a type-specific overview of the aircraft, suitable for non-certifying staff, planners, or support engineers. These courses cover:

Gen Fam courses are the ideal introduction for personnel needing operational awareness without the depth of full B1/B2 certification.
This course will be a classroom-based or On-line course, and will include elements of presentations, questions, scenarios, resource-based learning and self-directed learning to ensure that all students are able to progress at a rate suitable for them.

Course Objectives
- Common maintenance practices and a general understanding of maintaining the Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft in accordance with the maintenance procedures prescribed in the AMM.
- Utilizing the aircraft’s technical documentation including maintenance manuals and other approved data.
- Understand General system monitoring and operational tests i.a.w. the aircraft technical documentation.
- Understand the Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods including the general knowledge necessary for the use of on-board reporting systems.
- A working knowledge of the aircraft’s maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
- General familiarization with various maintenance checks and intervals related to the aircraft.
- Minimum Equipment List and Dispatch Deviation List.
- Gaining insight into the common faults experienced during maintenance events and how to prevent them.
