Academy 147 Attends MEBAA 2018

December 18, 2018

Representatives from Academy 147 were in attendance during the Middle East Business Aviation Association’s event (MEBAA) in Dubai this past week.

Group, Managing Director Andrew Trinchero and Chief Operations Officer Chris Smith attended the event to meet with customers, colleagues and other industry contacts as well as searching for new opportunities in the region.

“The Middle East is an important and core market for us. We will continue to establish our presence here and with our EASA and GCAA (UAE CAR 147) Maintenance Training Organisation approvals. We are able to serve the growing demands of MROs and Operators in the UAE. We recently completed a Gulfstream G150 type course as well as several others. Now with the new addition of our FAA training capabilities, we expect our opportunities in this region to grow even further as we can serve a wider customer base. 2018 has been a record year, full of excitement as we continue to expand. Operations are being streamlined and we are becoming a more focused company that can rapidly respond to customer needs, regardless of their physical location.” says Andy Trinchero.

The company has an aggressive growth plan for 2019 which will be unveiled in the early part of the year.
