AAG Launches Unified Global Training Platform | EASA & FAA

August 21, 2025
Bringing Together EASA and FAA Training Pathways Under One Digital Platform

Global Aviation Training takes a major step forward as Academy 147 and Academy Aviation Maintenance Training (AAMT) join forces under the new Academy Aviation Group (AAG). Together with ATC Dubai and the upcoming Academy Aviation Online platform, this unified initiative provides a strong global network, a single website, and an integrated training platform that bridges EASA, FAA, and other international regulatory pathways.

Importantly, while united under the AAG brand, each organization remains fully independent, maintaining its existing personnel, management structure, and regulatory approvals.

Both Academy 147 and AAMT also received an updated logo and brand identity refresh with both business units using the same “feather” icon that has been used since 2014.

What is AAG’s Mission?

Through our group of companies, we aim to have a ‘Global Reach and Local Insights’ with enough breadth and structure to offer world-class training and specific, regionally focused, autonomous business units, nimble enough to be responsive to customer needs – all while advancing Global Aviation Training on a worldwide scale.

Why This Matters?

Aviation is a global industry, but maintenance training has long been fragmented by regional regulations. Academy Aviation Group bridges this gap by strengthening Global Aviation Training, offering:

  • Simplified navigation between FAA, EASA, and other equivalent NAA type training programs.
  • Smart course filtering to quickly identify training by regulation, aircraft type, and learning format.
  • Centralized inquiry handling to connect students and companies directly to the right team.
  • Consistent global reach with strict compliance to international regulatory requirements and customer needs.
Beyond EASA and FAA

The new platform also showcases:

  • ATC Dubai – Specialized training in cargo, logistics, dangerous goods, and regulatory programs.
  • Academy Aviation Online – The group’s self-study, distance learning program which is formally being rolled out in Q4 2025.  AAO is a flexible, self-paced platform for non-aircraft type-specific aviation courses worldwide.
Explore the New Website

With a student-first design, the new site offers clearer pathways, modern navigation, and a powerful course search engine tailored to the needs of both individuals and organizations. This marks an important step forward in Global Aviation Training.
